OUR CLIENT IS A LARGE GARBAGE PROCESSING PLANT THAT NEEDED TO AUTOMATE GARBAGE PROCESSING and implement solution of automatic sorting of garbage into different categories such as Plastic, Paper, Glass and Organic Landfill.
OBJECTIVES
Design the computer vision AI system that can predict with high degree of accuracy the type of garbage and feed the information to robotic garbage sorting system to reduce the overall garbage processing time.
SOLution
Our Computer Vision specialists designed the Detection and Classification solution that predicted with high accuracy of 95% the type of garbage on a moving conveyor in real-time and successfully integrated the solution with the robotic manipulator for automatic sorting.
